The Business to be transacted at this meeting will be: -

1. To appoint a Returning Officer and not less than two (2) Scrutineers as required by Rule 45.

2. To confirm the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held 29^th August 2010.

3. To receive and adopt the Balance Sheets and Accounts of the Club and accompanying reports therein.

4. To receive from the Returning Officer pursuant to Rule 49 or the President pursuant to Rule 43, the result of the ballot for the election of the Office Bearers and of the Members of the Committee or pursuant to Rule 42, to elect Office Bearers or Members of the Committee.

5. To appoint an Auditor.

6. To transact any other business written notice of which shall have been given to Members at least seven days prior to the date of the meeting.

NOMINATIONS FOR COMMITTEE

Members are hereby advised that Nominations of Members proposed as Office Bearers or Members of the Committee for the year 2011/2012 will be received and accepted by the Secretary up to and including Wednesday 10^1h August 2011 pursuant to Rule 40 (a).

Applications for Postal Voting will be received and accepted by the Secretary up to and including Wednesday 10^th August 2011. Such application shall be in accordance with Rule 40 (b). The attention of members desiring to participate in the Ballot by Post is drawn to Rule 47 (a), which details the method of voting. Attention is also drawn to Rule 45, which states the duties of the Returning Officer and Informal Votes. The address for applications for Postal Votes and Nominations for Committee is as follows:
