Free Books on Puppy Training

The Chinese Crested Dog Club of NSW  encourages everyone who is thinking of getting a puppy or who has recently acquired one to download and read Dr Ian Dunbar's two free books, BEFORE and AFTER You Get Your Puppy

The Siberian Husky Club of New South Wales  announces that Dr. Ian Dunbar has given permission  to Breed Clubs to offer BEFORE You Get Your Puppy and AFTER You Get Your Puppy for free download in 2010

These books are essential reading for all owners of dogs under 12 months of age and will show you how to prevent problems such as house-soiling and destructive chewing, and how to raise a dog that is quiet, calm and well-mannered as well as obedient and confident around people

These free downloads are in conjunction with
http://www.dogstardaily.com’s Shelter Dog Prevention Month. “January is puppy season. This is the time when people create shelter dogs,” says Dr. Dunbar. “All shelter dogs started their lives as puppies. We must address the source of the shelter dog problem and prevent people from raising puppies that they don’t want to keep. Puppy husbandry and training information is so important that we feel it should be available to all."
